The Cove park is located on an arm of Lake Woodlands. There are a couple of swing sets, picnic tables and a pavilion here. There is a lack of parking here and visitors are forced to park in front of homes. I was surprised to find a dock here and looking west down the canal there is a bridge with what a appears to be a fishing platform on the North side. The bridge may be good for catfish and I suppose there could be some crappie under the docks. I threw a weightless senko around along the shore line and out into the channel trying to get lucky. It felt as though there may be some sunken branches and rocks in and around the dock but not much else. Water depth is about 12 inches on the bank and gets deeper from there.
