North Shore Park

According to posts in the Texas Fishing Forum this right under the bridge is the place to be for channel cats. I have fished around this park for bass using crank baits and have not had much luck. Their is a pagoda around the corner behind the park that provides some structure but I have not had any luck. Fishing the points from a boat seems to be the way to go.

Any advice?
